Shipping methods

1. Within HK (exclude Outlying Islands) :

A) Pick up at Circle K  / EF lockers / SF express station near you ! (1-2 days)
Any orders with payment well received before 3pm will be dispatched on the same day, it should arrive on the next working day. For any orders over $500 (less than 3Kg), free delivery to self pick up points such as  EF Lockers, SF express stores / stations, Circle K convenience stores. Eco Shop will separate your order into two or more if your order exceed 3Kg. Additional charges will be required. We will contact you in that case. If your order is less than $500, the delivery charges will be showed on the checkout page based on the weight. 

B) Deliver to your home / office (3-5 days)
Free delivery to your home for any purchase over $800. Eco Shop will try to arrange delivery as soon as possible, but sometimes it may take 3-5 days for orders to arrive. The courier will deliver to commercial address during regular office hours, while they deliver to residential address at 6-10pm. 
They will send you message before they delivery.

2. Outlying Islands in HK (2-4 days)

Currently we use SF express deliver to home addresses in Outlying Islands include 
  •  Islands: Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan.
  • South Lantau: Tai O, Mui Wo, Tong Fuk, Cheung Sha, Pui O.
  • Other Remote Zones: Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley. 
but some remote spots may incur extra charges or have limited services, with SF even trialing drone deliveries to islands for efficiency. You should check their official website for specific coverage and potential surcharges, as some locations like Ma Wan and Sai Kung also fall under these "remote" categories. You may learn more from Remote_area_EN.pdf

The HKD10 Surcharge applies to shipments delivered to remote areas, in that case you may pick up at the EF Lockers at Central Pier No. 2 or other pick up locations convenience to you.
