History of the factory:

Since 1889, the vinegar factory Andrea Milano has refined the techniques of production without ever losing sight of the great Italian wine tradition. The first beech chipboard barrels have been replaced by modern acetifying machines, but nothing of the heritage of tradition and experience, matured over the last 100 years, has been sacrificed.

Apple cider vinegar is a natural product obtained from the acetic fermentation of apple cider. The perfume and aroma are completely different from a normal vinegar and very pleasant to those who wish to vary their usual tastes. Recommended by numerous dieticians, this vinegar is used as a unique condiment since it doen’t need to be combined with oil.

Ingredients: organic apple cider vinegar unfiltered (with Mother) 5% acidity

Net volume: 500ml / 1 Litre
