History of the factory:

Since 1889, the vinegar factory Andrea Milano has refined the techniques of production without ever losing sight of the great Italian wine tradition. The first beech chipboard barrels have been replaced by modern acetifying machines, but nothing of the heritage of tradition and experience, matured over the last 100 years, has been sacrificed.

The pomegranate is receiving a remarkable success for his naturalness, simplicity and goodness. This pomegranate vinegar is from proteins and enzymes since it is unfiltered and unpasteurized, which means that it is produced in a natural way. Ideal on summer salads, vegetables or absolute drink.

Deto is your daily balance and can be used as base for drinks (useful to quench your thirst, to integrate the salts minerals after sport, to increase diuresis or to drink something tasty without any impact on your health), herbal teas and infusions or as condiments for light and tasty dishes.
