Suggested use
Epsom Bath: Add 2 cups to a warm bath and soak for 20 mins.
Foot Soak: Add 1 cup of epsom salt in a large bowl of warm water. Soak feet for 20 mins. Add a few drops of essential oil for a soothing spa experience. Rinse and dry.
Gardening Application Methods:
Help seeds germinate. Help produce more flowers. Improve phosphorus and nitrogen uptake.
Increase chlorophyll production.
Better Tomatoes: Add a tablespoon to the soil below to tomato plant to boost growth.
Beautiful Roses: Add a tablespoon a week to the soil around rose bushes before watering for faster growth.
Slug Removal: Sprinkle in the infested area to deter slugs.

Epsom Salt can be mixed with water in order to relieve occasional constipation. Externally, it serves as an effective body soak to relieve pain from minor sprains, bruises and sore muscles. It can be used in the garden as well, as a fertilizer.
Directions for external use:
As a soaking solution: Pour 2 cups of epsom salt under warm, running bath water. Soak for 15 minutes, three times a week, to aid minor sprains and bruises.
As a warm compress:
Dissolve 1 cup of epsom salt in 1 quart of water. Using a towel, apply solution to the affected area for 15-30 minutes to help reduce swelling.
