Description

Zen Mix contains organic Alfalfa seeds, organic red clover seeds, organic flax seeds, organic rocket seeds, organic fennel seeds. 

This fine colourful mix is the prefect harmonious blend of nutritious seeds, and just a bit more adventurous than plain alfalfa. 

 

Tasty aromatic blend stimulates body & digestive system 

Red Clover: popular as a blood purifier + relax the nervous system 

Flax: great source of Omega 3 fats + healthy heart + rich in diet fibre 

Fennel: great for skin problems + regulate blood pressure 

Alfalfa: helps fight cancer & diabetes 

Rocket: super antioxidant full of folate & calcium 

 

Instructions for growing seeds in a mason jar: 

  1. 1. Add approx 2 tablespoons of seeds to 1 Litre mason jar with strainer lid 

  2. 2. Soak in cold water for 6-8 hours 

Important: flax + rocket are mucilaginous-foaming seeds so after water & shaking well to remove muscus film to ensure great sprouting. 

  1. 3. Shake out excess water – leave upturned out of direct sunlight 

  2. 4. Rinse your seeds at least twice a day 

  3. 5. At the end of day 4-6 your sprouts will be ready to eat. 

  4. 6. Recommend for optimum storage that you make sure they are as dry as possible before storing. Refrigerate and enjoy.
