Directions for Use:
For soup (Serves 3-4):
· Due to the natural drying/dehydration process, there may be dust on the surface of the ingredients. Please remove the ingredients and rinse them with water. Dates/figs will be individually packaged; please remove and rinse them first.
• Place an appropriate amount of water (approximately 2-3 liters) and the cleaned ingredients into a pot. If time permits, it is recommended to soak the ingredients for 2-3 hours before cooking to allow them to fully release their nutrients. Then simmer over medium heat for approximately 1.5-2 hours.
• Add salt to taste before serving for better flavor.
* According to research, the optimal simmering time for soup is within 2 hours to achieve the highest nutritional value! Since our ingredients are suitable for braising, 1.5-2 hours is sufficient and does not require a longer cooking time.
* Storage method: Shelf life is twelve months (unopened). As no preservatives are added, and given the humid and hot local climate, natural ingredients are prone to insect infestation! Please store in a cool, dry place, avoiding direct sunlight. If not consumed for an extended period, please refrigerate.
