Product features

 

- Organic raw materials: Strictly selected organic soybeans certified by the United States and Canada and organic brown rice from Taiwan are the main raw materials. They are non-genetically modified, and the source is transparent and safe.

- Ancient brewing: inheriting the traditional Daxi fermented bean curd production method, combining natural fermentation and sun aging in pottery vats, creating an aged taste with fine and dense texture and rich flavor.

- No chemical additives: No preservatives, artificial chemical additives or MSG are added. It is matured by time and beneficial bacteria. If white crystals appear on the surface, they are amino acid crystals. This is a natural phenomenon and can be eaten with confidence.

 

Flavor:

- Aged Glycol: Fermented for at least one year, making the fermented bean curd more fragrant and thicker, smooth in the mouth, with a salty aroma and natural sweetness, suitable for gourmets who value layered flavors.

- Fermentation aroma: The koji made from organic brown rice brings a soft aroma of wine and sweetness of grains. After fermentation, the aroma is full and not pungent. It is suitable to be paired with rice, porridge and light dishes to enhance the flavor.

 

Ingredients: water, organic soybeans, organic brown rice, organic sugar, salt, calcium sulfate for coagulation, etc. Fully vegetarian formula, suitable for vegetarians.
