Organic wheatgrass seeds (best before 2025/5/17)

Wheatgrass is packed with essential vitamins and nutrients that keep your mind and body healthy and vibrant. Taking a "shot" of juiced wheatgrass (~30-60ml) as part of your morning breakfast routine is considered a healthy way to start the day, but it can get very expensive. If you want to make wheatgrass a regular part of your diet, try growing it yourself at home instead of buying it already juiced.

How to grow wheatgrass at home:

1. Source good quality organic wheatgrass seeds
2. Get a flat tray (with some holes to drain water)
3. Soaked about 1-2 cups of seeds in clean water overnight (this will make the seed germinated)
4. Place a wet cheese cloth inside the tray
5. Spread the sprouted seeds on the cloth inside the tray.
6. Place the tray indoor without the sunlight
7. Water the seeds twice daily, drain all excess water after each rinse.
8. The organic wheatgrass will grow in about 5-7 days depending on temperature
9. Before the harvest, put the wheatgrass under the sunlight half an hour to maximise the nutrients. 

Remarks: Grow the wheatgrass at a different time shot. For example, if you can finish one tray in three days, then grow a new tray in every 3 days. Then you can create a continuous supply of organic fresh wheatgrass for yourself. 

You may drink a shot of organic wheatgrass juice daily. You may also grow a tray for your cats/dogs. They also enjoy eating fresh organic wheatgrass.
