Nighty Night® Valerian
What will it do for me? Nighty Night® Valerian herbal tea is a nighttime sleep aid for the relief of occasional sleeplessness.
How do I know it works? The use of herbal teas that combine valerian, passionflower, and lemon balm for occasional sleeplessness is supported by traditional use evidence.
When should I use it? For best effect, drink 2-3 cups late in the day to encourage relaxation, including one cup 30-60 minutes before bedtime, unless directed otherwise by your healthcare practitioner.
How does it taste? Pleasantly spicy, mildly sweet, and somewhat bitter.
Pour 8 oz. freshly boiled water over a tea bag in a cup.
Cover cup and steep 10-15 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extractive. These steps directly influence the amount of beneficial components that will end up in your teacup.
