Zhang Kunxu, the owner of Xinzao Industry, has traveled all over the world's oceans, setting up locations along the coast of South China, and as far as Central and South America and the South Pacific. He is so active only to find clean sea areas to grow seaweed. Seaweed is divided into three types of dishes, namely "first water", "second water" and "three water" according to the harvest time. Yishuicai is also the so-called pre-season vegetable. It is the first batch of seaweed harvested. The output is not much, and its nutrition is the most abundant. It has a natural sweet taste and bright color, so it is the top grade. And the miso seaweed on the Rijin shelf is the freshest and tenderest "Ichisui" seaweed.
