The Nectar of the Coconut Blossom, harvested by hand on the islands of Indonesia by our collective of organic farmers, is dried into this nourishing sugar, ready to replace any other. Golden-sweet and rich with vital amino acids, it absorbs gently in the body, avoiding crashes and making dishes and drinks delicious.

(Formerly Blonde) Round and rich with hints of caramel, the warm molasses note in this silky, unrefined sugar easily replaces brown cane.
