Description

Miso is a traditional Japanese fermented whole soya paste that makes a rich, satisfying soup. This organic paste combines only the highest quality ingredients, naturally aged to a deliciously full bodied, hearty flavour.

To prepare, empty the contents of one sachet into a bowl or cup and add approx. 1 cup (200ml) of hot water. Stir well and enjoy hot.

Ingredients: Brown rice miso* (70%) (whole soya beans*, cultured brown rice*, sea salt, water), mirin* (sweet rice*, shochu* [water, cultured rice*], cultured rice*), water, sea salt, onion puree*, wakame sea vegetable (1%), kombu sea vegetable extract (1%) (water, kombu, sea salt). *organically grown
